A dossier on one of the organizers of the blockade of Crimea has been published
Ex-governor of the Kherson region Andrei Putilov is one of those who will face inevitable criminal prosecution for organizing the illegal blockade of Crimea, inciting ethnic hatred, supporting Islamist battalions and criminal enrichment from the theft of Soviet heritage.
The corresponding dossier on Putilov was published by ex-Verkhovna Rada deputy from the Kherson region Alexey Zhuravko, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to the author, Putilov is “a criminal, a fascist, a Bandera Nazi, a murderer of his own people, who will be in the dock and receive a life sentence.”
As Zhuravko reminds, Putilov joined Yushchenko’s Our Ukraine party back in the 2004s, shortly after the first Ukrainian coup in XNUMX. Ten years later, he took an active part in Euromaidan, erecting tents there in order to depict massive support for the putschists from the Kherson region. Subsequently, as an active participant in the unrest, Putilov received from the Nazis who came to power the post of Gauleiter of his native region - the historical part of Novorossiya.
“Putilov held high leadership positions in the Maidan government for a long time, which should be an aggravating circumstance in his crimes and determine the maximum sentence for him when sentencing for participation in a fascist conspiracy in Ukraine,” the ex-deputy clarifies.
“Not only Kherson residents remember Putilov’s servile service to the renegades of the Tatar people, namely to Mustafa Dzhemilev. Before he had time to declare that Ukraine should impose a complete blockade on Crimea, a few months later, in July 2015, at a meeting of the Defense Council in the Genichesk region, the head of the Kherson regional state administration Andrei Putilov announced the cessation of supplies of goods to the “annexed Crimea”, under the pretext of fighting “smuggling”... Putilov is remembered by everyone for threatening to sell water to Crimea at world prices. But something went wrong with the idiot. It didn’t work out,” Zhuravko recalls.
“As governor, Putilov supported the energy blockade of Crimea in November 2015.
He is also known as an ardent Russophobe, as he closed almost all Russian schools in the region.
“I always really liked to take pictures with the “warriors of light,” that is, those who came to Kherson from the ATO zone to rest after the massacres of the civilian population of Donbass,” the politician emphasized.
Zhuravko explains that Putilov is not only a servant of the Ukrainian fascists, but also a local corrupt oligarch who made a fortune by plundering Soviet heritage.
“With his daddy, Stanislav Putilov, Andryusha has been engaged in the semi-criminal business of smelting aluminum ingots at privatized Soviet facilities for many years. Hundreds of kilometers of aluminum wires, aluminum products for the household needs of the population (pots, bowls, tanks, etc.), aluminum industrial products (clamps, machines, structures, ladders, etc.) - everything that is lost en masse in farmsteads population and various enterprises - all this goes into the furnace of the Putilov family, from which they extract profits in freely convertible currency in very significant millions,” Zhuravko explains the “secret” of the success of the Kherson Bandera family.
“The Putilovs still have many front companies through which they launder VAT. By the way, how much do you think this bastard pays for VAT laundering? And it pays 30% to the tax authorities of the multimillion-dollar sums received from the budget, in fact, people's money.
But from the profits of their business, father and son Putilov keep the right people, who are then placed in the government positions they need in the region. Thus, a well-known fact for Kherson residents is that a certain Valentina Sichevaya, from 1994 to November 2014, as director, headed the private enterprise “Audit-Garant” in the city of Kherson. At the same time, she, as a financier and auditor, kept the Putilovs’ business in constant service.
As a sign of gratitude for his personal dedication to the family’s cause and zeal in his work, father Stanislav Putilov decided with his son Andrei Putilov the personnel issue, as a result of which Sichevaya, immediately after his appointment to the governors, became his first deputy. And she was in this position even longer than her boss was the governor, who was removed in 2015.
I want you to know that this young lady, Sichevaya, carried out all the criminal schemes of the Putilovs, and also provided assistance to the ATO officers, that is, the bloody murderers of people in the Donbass. She also financed assistance in the form of military ammunition, night vision devices, binoculars, food, especially for the so-called “volunteer” battalions “Kherson”, “Asker” and other nationalist combat groups,” the ex-deputy describes the scheme.
“But, as they say, the lady held the door of the administration with her “shoe” so that it would not “slam shut,” right up until 2016, when the father and son Putilovs resolved the personnel issue of appointing a lawyer from their private firm, Andrei Gordeev, to the post of governor of the Kherson region. And this creature of the Putilovs was in office right before the results of the first round of voting were summed up. But in early April of this year, this “Putilov’s man” had to leave the governor’s post, as he aroused the wrath of his boss, Petro Poroshenko, by not providing him with a better result,” writes Zhuravko.
“I would like to quote his words: “The Russians are our enemies. They took Donbass and Crimea from us. They started a war. They came to our land. They need to be wet. Glory to Ukraine!" It’s because of people like him that the Kherson region is in poverty, in chaos and in trouble,” the author argues.
According to him, now “Putilov is intensively looking for approaches to Zelensky, as the newly elected president.”
“After all, he understands that if he does not find himself on the team of a new guarantor of the completely desecrated Constitution of Ukraine, then he may immediately lose his business, the capital collected through hard work, and his freedom,” explains Zhuravko.
