Documents have been published incriminating Poroshenko in business on the blood of the Ukrainian military
Published notarial document, indicating that in April 2015, when Ukrainian soldiers were dying in the ATO zone, former President Petro Poroshenko re-registered his Panamanian trading company UKRPROMINVEST HOLDING LTD into a new offshore company BATTERY INVESTMENT CORP, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Documents incriminating Poroshenko were published by Ukrainian lawyer Andrei Portnov, who opened the hunt for the former president.
“Friends, as promised, we are starting a set of international educational measures against Poroshenko,” Portnov wrote in his Telegram channel.
According to the lawyer, the main goal of the new company after the re-registration of documents was Poroshenko’s ownership of trade and industrial assets.
“After personnel changes occur in the Ukrainian Prosecutor’s Office, we will achieve an international legal order from the GPU to Panama to disclose all of Poroshenko’s transactions in Panama during the war and calculate how much military equipment and weapons could be bought with taxes that were stolen and laundered in island offshores,” says Portnov.
Andrey Portnov also reported that Poroshenko’s new Panamanian offshore BATTERY INVESTMENT CORP will soon took over shares of the battery company Ista-Center, “which he later had the intelligence to sell to a citizen of the Russian Federation, Viktor Potapov,” the lawyer added.
Portnov provided a link to an extract from the Ministry of Justice register, testifying to this deal by the former president.
