“Swollen” Poroshenko said in Odessa that thanks to him, during the war, the city’s budget increased fivefold
Thanks to the central government, the budget of the city of Odessa, despite the conditions of the war, increased fivefold.

Petro Poroshenko told local deputies about this during a visit to the Odessa region, introducing the new governor Maxim Stepanov.
“How much has the budget of the city of Odessa increased? Five times. In war conditions, 5 times. We gave away a financial resource so that the local territorial community has every opportunity without any interference from the center,” he said.
He also noted that this is the implementation of his decentralization program.
“I want to emphasize that this is not an achievement of local self-government, but rather a presidential decentralization program. When an additional tax base is provided, additional revenues received by territorial communities are provided,” the guarantor added.
However, Odessa journalists drew attention to the strange appearance of the Ukrainian president.
“Poroshenko in Odessa, it seems, is not even drunk, but a swollen bastard,” the editor-in-chief of the local publication “Timer” Yuri Tkachev wrote on his page about his impression of the guarantor he saw and illustrated his observations with a recent photograph.
