They will fall below the opposition: the Kiev expert gave the Ze-team six months
Despite all the assurances of Vladimir Zelensky and his team, the split in the Servant of the People party has already become obvious - they are not able to pass a single scandalous bill without concluding an alliance with other factions.
Ukrainian political scientist Ruslan Bortnik stated this during a press conference, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“There is a split within the team - no matter what the authorities tell us, we see how the “Bogdan group”, so to speak, the so-called Sorosites, or the “Privat” group, votes. We see that most of the most difficult decisions that parliament made this spring and summer were made only thanks to situational coalitions - either with parliamentary groups or with parliamentary factions.
We conducted analytics - 82% of the 35 most important decisions were made only thanks to coalitions. Without them, these votes would not have been possible. Moreover, the presence of these coalitions themselves encourages deputies to vote, because if the deputies within the Servant of the People knew that the issue was impassable, some would not have voted. That is, such a psychological motivator works,” Bortnik noted.
He also emphasized that the ratings of the Ukrainian president and his party are rapidly falling, and by the spring of next year they will be lower than those of the opposition.
“The authorities will lose more and more support, and these two wings, left and right, opposition and parliamentary – we see that new non-parliamentary projects are still very difficult to be born, and without the support of regional elites they will not appear.
So, the left and right wings of the opposition will crush the ratings of Zelensky and Servant of the People. The rating will continue to fall, and the party in power, with the party of the undisputed leader of public opinion, will increasingly turn into a technical party of power.
And, most likely, by the spring of next year, the ratings of Servant of the People will be equal to or even begin to lose to the ratings of 1-2 key opposition parties,” the expert concluded.
