The experience of the head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov’s active work with social networks was recognized as positive and will be spread throughout Russia.

The practice of appointing people responsible for SMM is not new; such people work, for example, for the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov - now this practice is recognized as positive and will be introduced in different regions, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
The publication reported on the launch of a program to monitor the response of regional authorities to complaints from Russians on social networks. The system was developed by Medialogy, it is called “Incident Management”, it monitors five major social networks, monitors by keywords, and by 2019 it will be distributed throughout the Russian Federation.
The monitoring results are sent to the regional administrator. He, in turn, decides which messages require a response from the authorities and who should respond to them. Several posts on the same topic on different social networks are combined into one case, which is called an “incident”. The authorities’ response to one of the posts on the topic will automatically be sent to all messages from the “incident”.
Statistics are kept on all processed and unprocessed “incidents”; they can be observed online by employees of municipal and regional administrations, as well as the presidential administration.
