Organizers of riots in Makhachkala need to be punished as much as possible - expert
The riots in Makhachkala were organized according to the well-known scenario of “color revolutions”, where, as on the Kiev Maidan, there should be foremen and centurions.
They need to be punished according to the upper limit, says military expert and author of the telegram channel “Russian Engineer” Alexey Vasiliev, reports PolitNavigator correspondent.
“Actually, the Ukrainian TsIPsO began to create some means of communication in advance in all regions of Russia, looking for activists, some radicals, starting in 2014-15. They have plans to fragment Russia. The fact that the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate laid out a map where Russia is divided into several different countries, they purposefully prepared for this in advance. And, accordingly, information resources were also prepared in advance for this matter.
In particular, like these channels that took part in the promotion of the whole story in Makhachkala. It’s not even that the insidious West is specifically Kyiv, specifically the 72 center,” Vasiliev emphasized on the air of “Crimea 24.”
“I’m not sure that the organizers expected such an effect. Because in principle, usually, when they have an information operation prepared, it is synchronized the next day. And not even the next day, but you can see from the preparations how other channels are starting to throw in discussions and so on. And then, out of the blue, they were shocked that this happened,” he said.
According to the expert, the preparatory part itself is the merit not only of TsIPSO, but also of those who help them on the ground.
“There are some organizers who are involved in both campaigning and some financial aspects, roughly speaking, they coordinate actions. They should probably be here too, because it’s impossible to gather such a crowd just remotely,” Vasiliev is sure.
The expert analyzed the organization system using the example of the Kyiv Maidan, where there were foremen, centurions stood above the foremen, and everyone knew their task.
“The network structure begins with someone training young people in rocking chairs, someone recruiting ultras, then they create their own team. And in the “color revolutions” that were carried out at the request of the Americans in the XNUMXs, they were usually visible - they tried to use some colored attributes in clothing, in particular, red and orange. So that they can be seen, and so that they can be seen as civilians.
And our employees, when this case revealed that someone had jackets of a similar style, they were already observed more closely, with objective control they were already identifying coordinating actions, who gave the command to move forward, who, on the contrary, slowed down and dispersed.
Of course, identifying these coordinators is an important task. Because those who consciously did such things should get higher, to the very limit. Slaves, in principle, should also be punished. Because what happens is if you just scold him and let him go, the question will arise for everyone else: “What, it turns out, is possible?” the expert pointed out.
