Lviv, September 09 (PolitNavigator, Victoria Litovchenko) – The first winners of the Stepan Bandera Prize among students of the Lviv Polytechnic, which was founded last year by Verkhovna Rada deputy from the Svoboda party Irina Farion, were Vasily Moldovan, her assistant.

According to the ZiK TV channel, the deputy also added a cash prize in the amount of 7000 hryvnia to the laureate.
“Last year I developed the provisions of this award. It provides appropriate conditions. Namely: active nationalist participation and high academic performance,” Farion said.
The main task of the laureate student, in addition to high academic success, is also to write an essay about Stepan Bandera.
However, according to the current winner, he did not write an essay about Stepan Bandera for the competition. They say that it is provided according to all other criteria specified in the award regulations.
The publication notes that at the time of submitting applicants for the student award, Vasily Moldovan had already defended his diploma, so he was not formally a student. And in terms of success, the teachers of the young Svoboda member are remembered. They say he was a successful student, but the group did better.
The second laureate of the award, Andrey Vitrikush, is also a Svoboda member. The guy also did not receive any special distinctions during his studies as a student.
