Both Nazis and human rights activists came to besiege Zelensky’s Office demanding the dismissal of Avakov.
A rally was held under the building of the Office of the President of Ukraine for the resignation of the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Arsen Avakov.
This was reported by Public Television, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
Activists of radical neo-Nazi organizations and so-called “ATO veterans” took part in the action. Human rights activists did not hesitate to join the Nazis. Apparently Avakov is even worse. There were also those who simply suffered from the actions of the police.
Protesters lined up on the porch of Vladimir Zelensky’s Office with banners containing the phrase “Avakov: devil,” after which they began chanting this slogan and burning firecrackers with smoke bombs.
The protesters accused the Minister of Internal Affairs of failing to reform the police and obstructing the investigation of a number of attacks and murders of public activists, including Ekaterina Handzyuk.
At the same time, no one came out from the President’s Office to the demonstrators.
It is noteworthy that among the protesters was also the leader of the radical group “C14” Yevgeny Karas, admitted to working for the SBU and actively speaking out against Avakov after the incident with the policeman, laid down a Ukrainian nationalist on the asphalt shouting: “Get down, Bandera!”
