Verkhovna Rada deputy Nadezhda Savchenko stated this on the NewsOne TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

According to her, a military justice system has not been built in warring Ukraine today.

“You cannot judge military actions by the laws of peacetime. It has already been said that it is necessary, in addition to the military prosecutor’s office, which, in principle, spreads rot against the same military men, to create military lawyers who would defend. In addition, it is necessary to create military tribunals that could judge wartime events,” Savchenko said.
