Autumn aggravation: The governor of Sevastopol sees Chaly’s machinations everywhere
The governor of Sevastopol, Dmitry Ovsyannikov, at his press conference in Moscow constantly mentioned the name of the hero of the Russian Spring, and now a deputy of the city Legislative Assembly, Alexei Chaly.
The first time Ovsyannikov broke through was on a question about the Sevastopolstroy company, which constantly receives “exemption” from compliance with the law for its residential complexes. There are rumors in Sevastopol that the company belongs to the governor’s relatives.
“I regard this as a certificate prepared by Alexey Mikhailovich Chaly for the presidential administration. Complete nonsense,” said Ovsyannikov.
He explained that he only once turned to Sevastopolstroy with a request to complete the construction of several kindergartens and again repeated the thesis about “delusional certificates that Alexey Mikhailovich brings to the presidential administration.”
The next time the governor remembered Chaly was when asked about 2 billion rubles allocated under the federal target program for the construction of treatment facilities. The money was “burnt” in a bank with a revoked license.
“This looks like Chaly’s installation. All this is reflected in the rhetoric of the media controlled by Alexei Mikhailovich. What is the meaning of the question about 2 billion? We should be worried when volumes worth 2 billion are handed over to us. And 2 billion of the company should not worry us. These are the contractor's problems. These are fakes about 2 billion,” said Ovsyannikov
