Prices in Ukraine may rise by 150 percent in autumn
Ukrainian experts do not undertake to predict how much vegetables from the new Ukrainian harvest will cost, but do not rule out a significant rise in prices.

In particular, the president of the Ukrainian Agricultural Business Club Association, Alex Lissitsa, said this at a press conference in Kyiv, pointing out what, in his opinion, is a remarkable feature of Ukrainians.
“If there is a shortage of some product, then complete panic begins and everything is raked out,” the expert noted. – And what was two hryvnia today, in two weeks it could be 15 hryvnia. If I say now that the price of carrots will increase by 15 percent, this does not mean that it will really increase by 15 percent, because it can grow by 20, 50, or 150.
According to the President of the Association “Ukrainian Agricultural Business Club”, we need to face the truth and admit that no one can really estimate the total gross harvest of vegetables in Ukraine today, since the industrial production of vegetables is too small to make forecasts.
