Local elections, due to take place in October this year, could become a trigger for the further collapse of Ukraine.

This was stated on TV channel 112 by the former Minister of Transport and Communications, ex-governor of the Zaporozhye region Evgeniy Chervonenko, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
