Zelensky’s mistake will cause terrorist attacks throughout Ukraine, Poroshenko announced
Having negotiated with terrorist in Lutsk, Vladimir Zelensky has actually legitimized such actions, which could cause a wave of terrorist attacks throughout Ukraine.
European Solidarity deputy Nikolai Knyazhitsky stated this on the NTA TV channel, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“When the president succumbs to the pressure of a terrorist, this is evidence that we do not have a professional Security Service of Ukraine and the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Do you remember at least one state where the president spoke with a terrorist? I remember one case when Russian Prime Minister Chernomyrdin said: “Hello, Shamil Basayev,” and after that a series of terrorist attacks began, because once they were allowed to talk, and they accepted it.
It is not a fact that the criminal who wanted to detonate a grenade and took a policeman hostage in Poltava, and then ran away from the police, did not do this after the incident in Lutsk, because “if this is possible, why can’t I demand that my demands be fulfilled, the other requirements were met,” the parliamentarian noted.
In turn, Verkhovna Rada deputy from the party “For the Future” Taras Batenko emphasized that Ukrainians are in a state of psychosis and deep distrust of the authorities
"People in Ukraine psychosis, we are in a situation of the Great Depression and stagnation in the country, so it is obvious that against this background of general psychosis, people like the terrorist in Lutsk can appear.
We see public distrust in almost all government bodies, sociologists show that there is more than 50% distrust in the president, trust in the Verkhovna Rada is completely falling, the attitude towards the prime minister is below par,” the politician added.
