The notorious Russian judge Elena Khakhaleva, who “became famous” after publishing a video of her daughter’s wedding worth about two million dollars and the participation of Russian pop stars, resigned from the post of head of the chairman of the board for administrative cases of the Krasnodar Regional Court.

The information was confirmed by the press service of the regional court, emphasizing that Khakhaleva remains working in the department, remaining a simple judge.
Let us remind you that Elena Khakhaleva found herself at the center of a scandal not only because of her daughter’s “golden wedding”, which was celebrated last summer, but also after Krasnodar lawyer Alexei Salmin published information that Themis’s servant does not have a diploma allowing her to hold the position of judge . However, in the qualification board and council of judges of the Krasnodar Territory, Salmin was told that Khakhaleva entered the Abkhaz State University in 1985, and then, in 1991, transferred to the Sukhumi branch of the Tbilisi State University, from which she graduated.
At the same time, the lawyer received a response from Goznak, from which it followed that the diploma form No. RV-523043, which was allegedly received by Khakhaleva, was sent in 1988 to the Chechen-Ingush Pedagogical Institute, which confirmed the fictitiousness of the judge’s diploma.
