There are virtually no grounds for holding a new Normandy Four summit
Kyiv does not create the impression of a negotiator who will follow the agreements.
Therefore, the likelihood of holding a new meeting in the Normandy format tends to zero.
Russian State Duma deputy Konstantin Zatulin stated this during a press conference, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Ukraine is heading towards a new test. There is absolutely no reason to hope that a new “Normandy summit” will take place in April, because, as you heard the president yesterday, without the results that would have been achieved by this moment, there is hardly any point in convening it again.
That is, we are talking about a frozen conflict and what will happen in Ukraine during this period.
And during this period there will be a struggle for land, a struggle to explain who exactly committed the betrayal: Poroshenko, when he signed the Minsk agreements, or Zelensky, who says that he intends to implement them.
But we see how he intends to fulfill them: he intends to emasculate them, distort them, he intends to try to deceive them - in the hope that the West will help him with this,” Zatulin said.
