“I don’t understand what the Tornado company is doing now in the city of Boyarka, Kyiv region, if they are disbanded. Where is the Minister of Internal Affairs? Why can’t he enforce his own order to disband?” Matios was indignant.
“There are currently armed people near Kiev (and they have not been disbanded), who continue to talk about their frantic fight against smuggling,” he added.
At the same time, Matios added that the Tornado fighters “cannot distinguish a button from a match, not to mention smuggling from a violation of customs rules.”
