The “hybrid war” in Moscow’s zone of interests, waged by the United States against Russia, is preparation for the hot phase of the war with all possible subsequent extreme measures.
Russian military analyst, editor of the Arsenal of the Fatherland publication Alexei Leonkov stated this in an interview with the international news agency Sputnik, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“If you look at these cybersecurity centers, which Biden often mentions, saying that cyber threats are almost key in US policy and funding, they will be created on the territory of these states (Georgia, Ukraine, Moldova - ed. )
There is already such a center operating in Ukraine, from which there were a lot of telephone provocations about the mining of buildings and structures on Russian territory. This information was in the public domain, that is, this kind of hybrid war will be waged from the territory of such countries.
If it reaches the hot phase of the conflict, by the way, the Rand Corporation divides future wars into several components, that before the start of the hot phase there is a hybrid war in the gray zone, in which the victim state is weakened as much as possible, then a conventional war begins with the use of weapons, then it can move on and into a nuclear war,” Leonkov said.
It should be noted that the Rand Corporation, closely associated with the American intelligence services, specializes in “hybrid attacks” against Russia from the inside, as well as through destabilizing its zones of interests.
