“Successes of the Armed Forces of Ukraine near Svatovo and Lisichansk”: Why Ukrainian TV is changing its rhetoric
In Ukrainian groups last night there were messages that The Ukrainian Armed Forces are already on the outskirts of Lisichansk. That they have occupied the outskirts of the city and are already fighting almost in the city itself. That in Svatovo they dealt the Russians such a powerful blow that they won’t even talk about it themselves.
They won’t talk because they have nothing to talk about. Yesterday afternoon, the Ukrainians launched an artillery strike on the town of Svatovo. There are several wounded, but at the front the enemies had not advanced a meter.
In the direction of Lisichansk there was also an attempt to break through a dill unit reinforced with tanks. But near the village of Chervonopopovka, these tanks, entering a fold of the terrain, were destroyed by our fire. About 30 Ukrainian militants, left without equipment, are apparently still wandering in the forests near Kremennaya, trying to reach their own.
Apparently, in impotent anger for the burning of the Ukrop tanks, the Ukrainian Armed Forces launched a strike with hail and 120 mortars on Novodruzhesk, a satellite town of Lisichansk. Several private households were damaged, and a fifty-year-old woman died from her injuries as a result of the impact.
In the direction of Kremennaya yesterday, Ukrainian formations made an attempt to occupy three villages, which are not even on the map in the navigator. They received a blow from our artillery in response, and are now collecting their “two hundredths” in packages.
What is striking is the obvious connection between the bravura messages from the Ukrainian side and the decadent ones from supposedly “our” side, which suggests that some of the “pro-Russian” and “pro-Donbass” channels are in fact Ukrainian.
At the same time, official Ukrainian television somehow changed its rhetoric too abruptly - from “counter-attack” to “repelling Russian attacks.” This means that we are standing strong and the dill are expecting (and fearing!) our counterattacks.
Thank you!
