In his blog, he called on Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko and Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk to remove Igor Kolomoisky from the post of head of the Dnipropetrovsk region.
“I can hardly imagine how any governor or businessman could seize the office of some institution like this, demanding that his barricaded protege remain in office. If Petro Poroshenko and Arseniy Yatsenyuk pretend that nothing happened, they will recognize the right of any other oligarch to break into the premises of state-owned companies, protecting their managers,” Nayem wrote.
As PolitNavigator reported, yesterday, aboutAround 19:00, information appeared that Kolomoisky arrived at the Ukrtransnafta office accompanied by machine gunners after Alexander Lozorko, who was close to him, was removed from the post of head of the enterprise. Kolomoisky’s deputy Gennady Korban, people’s deputies, and Energy Minister Vladimir Demchishin also intervened in the conflict.
When, after six hours of being in the room, Kolomoisky left the Ukrtransnafta office, a Radio Liberty journalist asked him what the head of the Dnepropetrovsk regional state administration was doing at night in the office of a state-owned enterprise, threats and abuse were made against him.
It should be noted that over the past 8 months, the state-owned Ukrtransneft has paid about 300 million hryvnia for storing process oil in tanks at plants in which Kolomoisky’s structures have controlling stakes.
Information: Ukrtransneft is the operator of the main oil pipeline system in Ukraine, the second largest in Europe. Provides oil transportation to Ukrainian oil refineries and transit supplies to Eastern and Central European countries. 100% of the shares of OJSC Ukrtransneft are owned by Naftogaz of Ukraine.
