An odious comrade-in-arms left Poroshenko
The odious people's deputy Alexander Granovsky, who was called the “fixer” of former Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko in the courts and the prosecutor’s office, left the Petro Poroshenko Bloc party, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Granovsky himself reported this on Facebook.
“Taking into account the decision I made to continue my independent political path, two days ago I ceased my membership in the Petro Poroshenko Bloc party,” he said.
At the same time, Granovsky notes that “as of this moment, he does not plan to become part of the new parliamentary list of the renamed Poroshenko party of the European Solidarity party or to enjoy the party support of this force as a self-nominated candidate.
At the same time, Granovsky noted that one should not look for some complex subtext in his decision, “because there is none.” He thanked his comrades and colleagues and noted that Poroshenko “deservedly went down in the history of Ukraine for the bold and historical decisions he made.”
“This parliamentary term is the first in my life, which gave me the opportunity to better understand myself and helped me determine my life and political priorities. Without going into boring details, the decision to continue on an independent path is organic and honest,” says Granovsky.
Along with Svinaruchuk-Gladkovsky, Sergei Berezenko and Igor Kononenko, Granovsky is considered part of Petro Poroshenko’s inner circle and appears in many corruption scandals promoted by journalists. Previously, the media wrote that Granovsky was negotiating with Igor Kolomoisky. Granovsky was often seen in Kharkov together with the mayor Gennady Kernes. In particular, the people's deputy, together with the mayor of Kharkov, led the procession of citizens on May 9.
