Lvov TV presenter Ostap Drozdov, known for his anti-Russian statements, proposed a detailed plan of action in case, while “liberating” Donbass, he had to return not only territories, but also, to his displeasure, people.
The Nazi published his thoughts and a video on the topic of collaboration on his Facebook, reports the PolitNavigator correspondent.
“I would introduce a law on collaboration in Ukraine. Who are these people for me? I think every “Svidomo” patriotic Ukrainian person can pose this question to himself...

If you have a DPR or LPR passport in your hands, automatically by the decision of the Ukrainian court of this person, and for me this is a non-human, you need to be deprived of Ukrainian citizenship,” said the TV presenter.
Those wishing to return to Ukraine, according to Drozdov, must go through “a whole system of filters to return citizenship”
“This means that you should be checked by the Ukrainian SBU, and not by the Bakanov-Zelensky SBU, for collaboration, for support for the LPR reality, for all your VKontakte and Facebook - to find out what you said there about the junta, and make it impossible for such people to return to Ukrainian citizenship,” Drozdov suggests.
“A law on collaboration would be a very correct solution. In one fell swoop, from a child to an old man, deprive the entire population of the occupied territories of Ukrainian citizenship. Do they want to return? Please: Ukrainian language, Ukrainian culture, understanding which country you are returning to - this is a European country with visa-free travel, not a second Belarus and not a second Russia, then perhaps we’ll talk,” concluded Drozdov.
He also described point by point what exactly he proposes to do with “collaborators.”
"1. deprive citizenship of all residents of ORDLO.
2. carry out the procedure for re-obtaining citizenship, but only after a strict check for collaboration.
3. adopt a law on collaboration, which clearly describes what falls under these actions
4. Proven collaboration is subject to criminal punishment, plus a lifelong ban on obtaining citizenship.
5. Personally, I would also accompany the procedure for re-obtaining Ukrainian citizenship with a test of knowledge of the state language (the “everyday” level).
6. temporarily, for 5 years, limit the civil rights of newly converted citizens in terms of the right to be elected and the right to vote.
Of course, this will never happen - that’s why I say in my program: if not, then get off the beach,” Drozdov wrote.
He also commented with relative optimism on the recent demarche of the Kyiv authorities at the Minsk negotiations.
“The fact that the new government began to back away from the Steinmeier formula is the result of public pressure, because state security is at stake (inviting enemies into your home). Of course, the points I have listed are extremely radical, so I would even agree that at least some of them appear in public discussion. Although they have full power, it’s up to them to decide,” wrote the Ukrainian Nazi.
