Here is the text:

“The bastards are going to rule us!
And we still live...
We sold our grandfather's glory,
You guys harnessed us to the yoke!..”

The author of the petition is a certain Yuri Panteleev.

The petition was submitted on November 12, and the collection of signatures should end on December 31, 2016.

Philologists claim that Shevchenko does not have such a quote. The word “Jews” in the petition does not bother the Rivne city administration.
