“Today I went to the toilet in the Verkhovna Rada. There is hot water in the taps there. My Obolon is freezing, but there is hot water in the Verkhovna Rada. I turned to Turchinov to sort it out. If the people of Kiev are all saving gas, then why isn’t the Verkhovna Rada saving. And it’s interesting that in the same Cabinet of Ministers they do without hot water. I am for everyone to have hot water. But it has already happened the way it happened. Let it not be better for everyone...” said Briginets.

As Navigator reported, as a result of instructions from the Cabinet of Ministers to save 30% of gas in the regions, hot water began to be turned off and they plan to transfer children to six-day schooling.
