According to him, Donbass enterprises need support and orders from Russia.
“There is a proposal to perceive products produced in Donbass in the context of import substitution. This is how we treat domestic producers, and we should also treat our brothers in Donbass. Because sometimes a situation arises when the enterprises located there are told: “well, you have a war tomorrow, there is no need to contact you.” This is where state will is needed to support people,” Shargunov noted.
