Kyiv, February 24 (Navigator, Mikhail Ryabov) – Former speaker of parliament Vladimir Rybak, who renounced Viktor Yanukovych, returned to the Verkhovna Rada from Donetsk, where he was undergoing treatment.

The day before, Rybak recorded a special video appeal in which he refuted Viktor Yanukovych’s information that he had been beaten.
Let us note that today the head of the PR faction, Alexander Efremov, is also actively speaking in the Rada, having similarly recorded an appeal where responsibility for the deaths of people is placed on Yanukovych and his inner circle.
