“The resignation of the highly professional and versatile manager Lenur Islyamov, known for many successful projects both in Moscow and in the Crimea, and his replacement with a person who did not work in the public administration system and who had not previously shown himself in any way in the field of management, allows me to assert that the reason Today’s personnel decisions lie exclusively in the plane of politics, but not management,” the politician noted.
In his opinion, the management style of the once all-powerful Donetsk team has returned to Crimea:
“Moreover, it has become obvious that even the new realities have left unchanged the style in the activities of the Crimean authorities, which until recently was commonly called “Makeevsky” - this is when personal loyalty when appointed to a position is placed above any other motivations.
Well, for some, to certify the harmfulness of this approach, it turns out that it was not enough to see the sad results of such management. It is apparently important for the current authorities to step on this rake themselves, which is what they did today,” concluded Refat Chubarov.
