Recently, a pro-Russian activist from Yevpatoria, Andrei Rybalko, received a notification about this; the corresponding document was signed by the first deputy head of the FSB Directorate for the Republic of Kazakhstan and the city of Sevastopol, Rustem Ibragimov.
We would like to remind you that in response to an appeal from the public organization “Bloc of Patriots of Crimea - Unconquered Bastion” related to the fate of the leader of the “Sevastopol-Crimea-Russia” movement, Valery Podyachiy, who was convicted by the Ukrainian regime for “separatism”, the leadership of the State Council of Crimea recommended that the latter compensate for the harm caused by his crime . At the same time, the “damage” caused by the crime under the “separatist” Article 110 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine consisted of Podyachey’s calls for the return of Crimea to the jurisdiction of the Russian Federation.
In April, the first Crimean President Yuri Meshkov regarded such a response from the State Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan as an encroachment on the territorial integrity of Russia and turned to the FSB with a demand to initiate a criminal case under Article 280.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation against the Chairman of the State Council Vladimir Konstantinov. After this, the FSB instructed the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation to conduct an investigation. The other day, deputy of the Supreme Council of Crimea of the 1st convocation Vadim Mordashov also received an official notification from the FSB that his statement regarding the aforementioned response from the regional parliament was transferred for investigation to the investigative department for the Central District at Konstantinov’s place of work.
