This was stated by the Deputy Head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Donetsk region, Ilya Kiva.
"A start. Today were the first steps. This is the Debaltsevo direction and the direction of the airport,” he said. – We will see how the militants and our enemy will react to the withdrawal of our heavy artillery. And if the agreements are respected, then this process will cover the entire eastern front,” Kiva said.
