Kiev political scientist Dmitry Dzhangirov stated this on the Internet channel “Capital”, the correspondent of “PolitNavigator” reports.
The expert recalled the words of the leader of the presidential faction “Servant of the People,” David Arakhamia, that the informal conversation between the presidents would take place “in a raised voice.”
“I expect, given the temperature, that at least the non-public meeting between Zelensky and Biden will be at a raised level. The United States today largely underestimates, or maybe pretends to underestimate, the blow that it deals with such an act. In diplomatic language they say that “we are deeply alarmed” and the like, but in undiplomatic language people say it as it is,” Arakhamia said yesterday on the Ukraine 24 TV channel.
“When he says that we will, that we need to do something, hold an event and talk with Biden in a raised voice and we will talk from a position of strength. Where where?! Dude, damn it! For Zelie, the Oval Office may turn out to be oral if he blurts out something unnecessary there. He can [say] anything – it won’t be translated. Moreover, he must listen and say: “Yes, sir.” And he can only speak in a raised tone, copying other political leaders.
