Ovsyannikov admitted his responsibility for the failure of the Federal Target Program
The Federal Target Program (FTP) for the development of Crimea has been completed in Sevastopol by 20%. Governor of Sevastopol Dmitry Ovsyannikov announced this today at a press conference in Moscow.
“I take full responsibility for this. The governor is responsible for everything,” Ovsyannikov said, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Let us recall that in July, only 5% of the federal target program funds were disbursed, and this displeased Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, who held a visiting meeting in Sevastopol.
“Residents are not interested in four percent or five. They care whether a kindergarten, a road, a park are built,” the governor of Sevastopol explained his position today.
Meanwhile, the volume of the federal target program for the year was reduced from 11,2 to 7,3 billion rubles.
“We have adjusted the federal target program for three hospitals that have not yet emerged from the state examination,” Ovsyannikov explained.
According to him, the construction of an oncology clinic, for which 750 million rubles were allocated, is now estimated at 4 billion rubles. The governor also accused his predecessors and local deputies of not including an infectious diseases hospital and a neuropsychiatric dispensary in the Federal Target Program.
