Vice-President of the Russian Academy of Geopolitical Problems Andrei Marchukov stated this today on the Rossiya-24 TV channel.
“Ukraine can only be liberated in parts. If you approach it as an integral state, nothing will work. Everyone who now lives in Ukraine and disagrees with the authorities feels a sense of hopelessness, hopelessness and hopelessness. Ukraine cannot be healed and liberated from within. Only from the outside and only in parts,” Marchukov said.
In turn, Simferopol political scientist Dmitry Taran said that in Ukraine 28 million Russian-speaking people are under occupation.
