Russia has the entire arsenal of economic and military measures, which Moscow has the right to use against numerous unfriendly actions of the ruling regime in Ukraine.
Russian economist Mikhail Delyagin stated this on air on Aurora radio, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

Considering the balance of power, if we show that we will ensure the implementation of the Minsk Agreements and will fulfill our obligations as guarantors of the Minsk Agreements, then, excuse me, we are simply stronger in this situation. They will liquidate their army quickly enough, and we will simply waste our ammunition.
Then we can say that we will simply stop supplying anything to Ukraine and transferring any money to Ukraine. Ukraine lives at our expense. More than half of the Ukrainian guest workers are here, they are simply not registered as guest workers. Or even two thirds. Even now, under corona conditions.
They bought our diesel fuel through Belarusians. Now I don’t know, they probably buy it through the Slovaks. Reverse gas from Slovakia. Yes, this is not a gas reverse - we simply send gas to Europe, they take part of this gas for themselves along the way, we pay them for the transit of non-existent gas through the territory of Ukraine, and then they also talk about how they bought this gas from the Slovaks.
We all endure this. Why do we tolerate this? Why do we buy their goods that we can produce perfectly ourselves? Why the fright?
And thirdly, everyone says: it’s time to give a legal assessment to the Ukrainian regime. Well, we foolishly recognized Poroshenko in 14. So we must honestly say that Ukraine is a territory occupied by the Nazis. Which has no legal rights, no legal status in our eyes, at least. That's it, this is occupied territory, and goodbye, with all the ensuing consequences.
These positions, and there are many others of all sorts, any of them is enough for the Americans to tuck their tail between their legs and say: “No, no, no, we are just engaged in land reclamation here, there will be no bases here, we are against it,” he said Delyagin.
