The conditions for the participation of the LDPR in the presidential elections in Ukraine have been announced
The LDPR will take part in the presidential elections in Ukraine only if Kyiv fulfills the Minsk agreements. The head of the Center for Political Conjuncture, Alexey Chesnakov, announced this today at a press conference in Moscow.

“In order for the LDPR to hold elections, Ukraine must fulfill the Minsk agreements. A constitutional amendment agreed upon with these people, a law on special status, an amnesty law, a law on elections in these territories. Without this, it will be difficult to convince people that they should vote for some president of Ukraine,” Chesnakov said.
He believes that by delaying the implementation of its points, Ukraine is making the return of Donbass impossible, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Laws on media, education and others significantly change the conditions in the territory controlled by Kiev and separate it from Donbass. For Donbass, most changes are unacceptable. The Ukrainian government does not conduct a dialogue not only with the authorities, but also with the people,” Chesnakov said.
