In the city of Lisichansk, near Lugansk, captured by the Ukrainian army, the police opened a criminal case on the fact of “abuse” of the monument to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which unknown persons doused with red paint.

“Unknown people poured red paint on the monument to Ukrainian soldiers who died during the liberation of the city,” the TV presenter said.
Police spokesman Zaza Lipartia said that those responsible for the emergency face punishment “in the form of restriction of liberty for 5 years or imprisonment for 5 years.”
