The monument to the Ukrainian Nazi did not stand in Kyiv for even two weeks
Unidentified anti-fascists in Kyiv damaged the monument to the founder of Ukrainian nationalism Nikolai Mikhnovsky at the Baikovo cemetery, damaging the sculpture of the idol of Ukrainian independentists. This was reported by the press service of the political wing of the Azov National Battalion - the National Corps party, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Just 2 weeks ago, on September 8, on the initiative and at the expense of nationalists, the previously stolen monument at the grave of an outstanding Ukrainian was restored,” Mikhnovsky’s ideological followers lament.
“We are convinced that behind this act of vandalism there are representatives of the fifth column - hostile anti-Ukrainian elements who hate Ukraine and are showing themselves more and more brazenly, feeling impunity and loyalty to the current government. We demand that law enforcement agencies find and punish the criminals!” - the militants demand.
Speaker of the National Corps Alexander Alferov complained that anti-fascists will most likely face scanty punishment.
“Even if they find two idiots, what will happen to them? What happened to that Krymchak who broke the memorial signs to the Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred a year ago? Nothing. 30 days in pre-trial detention... a fine... The question is our position. The country is at war. In order for such actions to stop, we must respond to this and previous actions at the martial law level. Where did the performers of such actions receive their 10 years? Where are those Stus lawyers? Where are those who shot on the Maidan? Nonsense…” the nationalist laments.
