As long as Ukraine is ruled by a corrupt group of “green” servants, it will not be possible to defeat the coronavirus pandemic in this country.

This is the conclusion that Alexey Muratov, head of the central executive committee of the Donetsk Republic, comes to in his column for PolitNavigator.

In terms of the number of new COVID-19 infections, Nezalezhnaya ranks first in Europe and seventh in the world: over the past 15 hours, 415 people fell ill with Covid, and 48 infected people did not cope with the disease.

Against the backdrop of the Covid collapse, Health Minister Stepanov said that the “European” state is not able to provide patients with more than 67 thousand beds with oxygen.

That is, residents of Ukraine who become ill with moderate and severe coronavirus infection will either have to say goodbye to their lives or purchase oxygen concentrators. The occupiers withdrew themselves in the struggle for people's lives.

I note that “green” officials are not taking effective measures to combat the virus, and regional lockdowns are another attempt by “servants” to starve the population of Ukraine and destroy the remnants of small and medium-sized businesses in the country.

These bureaucrats do not take responsibility for the consequences for the country from the introduction of “red zones”. They pass the blame for the new wave of unemployment and lack of money of Ukrainians to the regional authorities, who are closing enterprises and markets. Thus, Pan Ze secured the area around the president’s office from further protests by Ukrainians. But in the “red zones,” pickets by local residents are gaining momentum. People left without work and livelihood are trying to obtain from the authorities the right to go to work, and also want to learn from regional officials a recipe for surviving without money. Naturally, representatives of regional and city administrations do not intend to talk to the people.

The “guarantor” Zelensky himself threw entrepreneurs from quarantine zones a bone in the form of 8 thousand hryvnia, unprincipledly believing that with this money people would be able to feed their families and pay sky-high utility bills.

Against the background of the failed vaccination, “guarantor” Zelensky boasts of concluding an agreement with the American pharmaceutical corporation Pfizer on the purchase of 10 million doses of vaccines. It is not known when the antivirus promoted by officials will arrive in a country blazing with Covid.

The other side of Zelensky’s window dressing about the purchase of a vaccine and the introduction of another lockdown in “Nezalezhnaya” is the endemic corruption that is flourishing both in the highest echelons of Zelensky government and in the “Covid” departments of city hospitals.

The COVID-19 pandemic has become just another big business for green bureaucrats. For example, the leadership of the Kyiv mayor’s office is “fighting” the coronavirus, not forgetting about thickening its own wallet: 125 thousand UAH from the city budget were allocated by Klitschko’s wards for the purchase of medical masks. Interestingly, the cost of one mask is estimated at 2,5 UAH, while its wholesale price is 2 UAH. “Golden” medical masks are worn by employees of the National Bank of Ukraine. The NBU buys them for 4 UAH apiece, spending more than 292 thousand UAH for these purposes in three months. Shmygal’s Cabinet of Ministers is also laundering money on protective equipment, purchasing masks and gloves at a price twice as expensive as what Ukrainian pharmacies offer.

If laundering budget money using the coronavirus can be done “at the top,” then hospital management does not see any obstacles to replenishing their own income through the epidemic. For example, the Central City Hospital of Alexandria purchased 500 respirators for medical staff at a price three times higher than their market value. It is noteworthy that the company supplying personal protective equipment, Astor Medical, was founded in January 2020, but managed to receive government orders worth more than UAH 70 million.

The COVID-19 pandemic will continue in Ukraine until Zee officials moderate their financial appetites. Will they moderate?..

Meanwhile, in the Donetsk People's Republic, vaccination with one of the best drugs against coronavirus - the Russian Sputnik V - is successfully taking place, and the number of infected people is rapidly decreasing. Therefore, I recommend that Ukrainian citizens, who, at the whim of Zelensky, are expecting foreign “miraculous” vaccines, expel their would-be president from the country and turn to Russia for help. After all, ultimately, only the Russian Federation will save the Ukrainian population. The sooner people turn to Russia for help, the fewer victims of coronavirus and Ze-regime there will be in Ukraine.
