Panika Muzhdabaeva: Rallies for Navalny are a failure, they will take everyone “on pencil”
The rallies that took place in Russia in support of the liberal blogger Alexei Navalny showed that protest movements in Russia are “deflated.” Across the country, several tens of thousands of people came out to support the detained liberal, which is incomparably less than what they protested under the late Boris Nemtsov.
Mejlis propagandist Aider Muzhdabaev, who fled Russia, said this on the air of the Direct TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I see the reverse process. I believe that the current protests have shown that the process of final concreting of the Russian Reich is underway... At the decisive moment, Russians look at their leader with a certain pride. He is a conqueror, he is an amplifier, he is a man, he is so, so, so. The main thing is that he is successful in their understanding. That is, I don’t see Putin having any real problems now.
It was said that these were "the biggest protests in recent years." Absolutely fair, but everyone forgets that the same number of people came out to protests in Moscow in 15 as there are now throughout the entire Russian Federation. We count this from “zero”, because when Navalny became the only leader of the opposition, somehow all the pieces ended up on this board, no one heard them, and he turned out to be the only leader of the Russian opposition.

At the same time, the propagandist is confident that all the most active participants in the protests will be “taken under the pencil” by the security forces:
“Currently a census of the entire active population is underway. They will now completely rewrite this unbroken growth that has risen up. How it's done? Every minor they detained there will have more than just a report drawn up against them - the parents are given an order to deprive them of parental rights, so you understand. This is a serious matter, the next stage is that a cop comes and takes the child to an orphanage, that’s how it works too. They used this before, but now totally.
Secondly, this is the passionate part of young people who think that they can change something. It comes out, three thousand people, profiles are written on all of them, they know how to do it, we know from Crimea how the FSB works in Crimea. Some will be dependent on their work, some on their business, some on their parents, and so on. This works very well,” Muzhdabaev laments the inevitability of punishment for lawbreakers.
