Vladir Putin’s latest meetings with representatives of the United States and the EU indicate a victory for the Russian side - most likely, Moscow will agree on the terms of resolving the crisis with the West, and no one will ask Ukraine’s opinion.
This forecast was announced on his Facebook page by Verkhovna Rada deputy Viktor Baloga, whose clan is considered the “masters of Transcarpathia.”

"We can already say with confidence that Moscow has achieved its goal - Europe and the United States - Merkel and Kerry sat down with them at the negotiating table on their territory and according to their rules. And all because the Ukrainian authorities imagined it as a game of chess and thought that we had plenty of time. But both in Moscow and Brussels we were checkmated.
As a result, a decision was made that suits Russia, the United States, and the European Union, but which is absolutely not suitable for Ukraine. We were treated as an object of international politics, and not as its subject. They will present us with a fait accompli without even asking our opinion.

In his opinion, Moscow and Washington will most likely agree on turning Ukraine into a confederation.
