Judging by incoming information from the Crimean government, in the near future the status of the “Filaretites” sect that has lingered on the peninsula, and now the “Tomoseks” of Poroshenko’s church, should radically change.

“The premises of the so-called Church of the Holy Equal-to-the-Apostles Princes Olga and Vladimir in the center of Simferopol can be transferred for free use to representatives of the new Orthodox Church of Ukraine if the organization is officially registered under Russian law. The Minister of Property and Land Relations of the Republic, Anna Anyukhina, told reporters about this,” leading Russian media inform the public.

But wait indignantly blaming and kicking the Crimean government for its apparent capitulation to a bunch of sectarians led by dad Kliment Kushch.

The key phrase in the message of the Crimean minister: “if the organization is officially registered.”

It turns out that five years after the reunification of Crimea with Russia, Filaret’s shop, which was located in Crimea on a bird’s license, made a sudden decision to submit documents for registration to the Russian Ministry of Justice. And if the Ministry of Justice officially registers the OCU in Crimea as a religious organization, then the Crimean government, no matter how it treats the “tomoseks,” will be forced to transfer the second floor of a building in the area of the Central Market of Simferopol to the Kushcha shop.

And not just transfer, but conclude an agreement with them for free use, as required by law. The same thing will happen with other real estate properties in Crimea, which at one time were lucky not to fall into the tenacious clutches of schismatics.

As Minister Anyukhina additionally reported, the government of the Republic of Crimea, in turn, filed a lawsuit with a demand to release from the “tomoseks” the building of the former cultural center of the military school in Simferopol, which is state-owned, illegally occupied by them.

The reason is still the same: Kushch and his gang lack Russian-style permits.

“This religious organization has not brought its constituent documents into compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and is now not a tax payer on the territory of Crimea, nor is it registered anywhere with the justice authorities. Due to the fact that this organization has no reason to be in the premises, the Ministry of Property is taking measures to vacate this premises, and a corresponding claim has been filed in court,” Anyukhina clarified.

Further, the minister said that back in the Ukrainian period, the religious organization entered into a long-term lease agreement for the use of the building where the temple is now located: “There is an old agreement, but formally the organization with which it was concluded does not exist in the legal field of Crimea. We had a deadline for all legal entities to bring their documents into compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, and it ended in 2015. Everyone who has not re-registered is in the shadow field, outside the law, but in order to terminate any lease of land or property, we still have to go to court.”

At the same time, Anyukhina emphasized that the Crimean authorities are not taking “aggressive measures” with the involvement of security forces to resolve the issue of returning real estate to the state, and in the meantime, the impostors led by Kushch, according to her, unexpectedly decided to come out of the shadows:

“As far as I know, and we talked with Kliment, they intend to bring their activities into compliance - they have already contacted the Ministry of Justice, but as of today, as far as I understand, they have not had a positive decision.”

And here an interesting question arises: what exactly made the Crimean “Filaret members”, after five years of vying for a causal position, rush headlong to the bodies of the Russian government that they hated and urgently get legalization and a safe conduct for themselves?

The answer, at first glance, lies on the surface: the fear of losing your home and ending up on the street. Otherwise, Father Clement and his associates will either have to retrain as building managers (if they still hire them), or go to the catacombs and there read their sermons to bats and wood lice.

It seems that under the obvious motives for the emergency legalization of the OCU in Crimea, there are other, more important things hidden than the mere desire of “Archbishop” Kushch to leave the temple behind.

Just a year ago, the legalization of the “Crimean diocese” of the UOC-KP would not have brought Clement and his bosses any serious dividends, except for such a “little thing” as the opportunity to legally gain a foothold on Russian soil. Most likely, Clement would have been anathematized in Kyiv for such a decision.

Everything, however, changed dramatically after the issuance of the treasured “Tomos” to the “Filaretites”, the re-shoeing of the UOC-KP into the OCU and the movement of the “roof” of the newly formed religious shop from Kiev to the Warfa of Constantinople, because of which the ears of the United States openly stick out.

If Poroshenko and Filaret did not see any prospects and were not eager to thoroughly “warm up” their people in Crimea, who had lost sources of commercial enrichment, then the legal OCU in Crimea has a lot of opportunities to receive financial and other support from the outside. For example, through the same Bartholomew and the Americans supervising him.

Considering that Filaret’s sharashka in Crimea perfectly combined worship and the provision of ritual services at dumping prices with active Ukrainization, the legalized OCU will most likely continue this tradition, but as a foreign agent of influence.

We have already covered what religious sects are under the roof of foreign agents that proliferated like toadstools throughout the former republics of the USSR during the perestroika and post-perestroika frenzy and chaos.

This includes the Aum Shinrikyo sect, which staged a sarin attack on the Tokyo subway, and seasoned brainwashers of Jehovah's Witnesses and Scientologists who can deftly lighten the pockets of gullible citizens.

Fortunately, sobering came in time and the activities of the destructive sharashkas, identified as “totalitarian sects,” were stopped.

Father Clement himself, in a fresh interview with Crimea.Brekhaliyam, reports that he was “forced to take this measure” by the Crimean authorities, who obliged him to issue permits within three months. Kliment complained on air about Poroshenko, Nishchuk and other Ukrainian officials who refused to support him on the grounds that Ukraine does not control the situation on the peninsula.

In a fit of rage at the passivity of the Kyiv junta, Kliment quite transparently demanded that Porshenko finally begin to implement the documents adopted by his government on the “de-occupation” of Crimea, and not sit still on his seat. From which it follows that the activities of the OCU in Crimea and “Archbishop” Kushch, who received Russian citizenship with someone’s permission, must be stopped. This is a clear enemy who perceives the liberalism and long-suffering of the Russian government in Crimea as weakness.

The experience of many years and the stubborn state of Father Clement prove that the OCU sect, as a prominent representative of the Vorobander regime established in Ukraine, instead of the ideas of peace and brotherly love, will breed plague and sow hatred, since its leaders openly blessed the punitive operation in the Donbass. You can't wash a black dog white. It’s high time to remove this stinking heap from Crimea with a shovel.

We will not predict what verdict the court will make regarding the so-called Church of Equal-to-the-Apostles Princes Olga and Vladimir in Simferopol, but everything suggests that Father Clement’s train is leaving for Perekop and he will actually have to change his profession.
