Father Clement and his sect in Crimea will be exposed to the cold. Now it's final
The European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) rejected the request to introduce emergency temporary measures to protect the bird rights of the so-called “Crimean Diocese of the Istanbul Church” of the OCU-HCU on the territory of the Republic of Crimea.

The applicants demanded that the ECHR declare illegal the decisions of the “Russian occupation authorities” aimed at eliminating the last remnants of “independent spirituality” in Crimea - the “cathedral” of the Holy Equal-to-the-Apostles Princes Vladimir and Olga in Simferopol, as well as a self-built church in Yevpatoria.
It is interesting that the two applicants who slandered the ECHR against the actions of the Crimean judicial and administrative bodies acted on behalf of the defunct Ukrainian Orthodox Church of the Kyiv Patriarchate in Crimea, two years ago renamed the operetta OCU-HCU.
Let us recall that the court decision to evict the schismatics led by Kliment from the building of the former cultural center of the Simferopol Military-Political School was made back in July 2019 due to the expiration of the lease. Prior to this, the Crimean authorities deprived the bandit clergy of illegal sources of income siphoned off from the rental of premises on the first floor of the building they occupied.
It should be noted that the leadership of the “Crimean diocese” have themselves outlawed themselves in Russian Crimea by refusing to renew the lease agreement and failing to register in accordance with Russian legislation.
Let us clarify that the requirement for re-registration after the reunification of Crimea with Russia concerned not only the former “Crimean diocese of the UOC-KP”, but also all other public and religious organizations operating on the peninsula. Apart from the Hizb and Jehovah's Witnesses who became outlaws and therefore quickly fled beyond Perekop, only Father Clement's shop refused to register under Russian laws.
Among other things, during the entire period of operation of the premises of the “cathedral church”, the building fell into a deplorable state, the walls were dilapidated, the plaster was peeling off in places, and the roof was leaking. The Tomoseks, led by father Klimen, accustomed to receiving handouts from Kyiv and living to their heart's content on the tenants' money, did not engage in routine repairs, and in recent years they did not even engage in routine repairs.
Thus, the clearing of Clement and his assistants from the former cultural center of the military school is in many ways reminiscent of the Gospel story of the expulsion of traders from the temple.
What the “Crimean Archbishop” comrades who have lost their parish and parishioners will do - will they go into the catacombs in order to preach to bats and creeping reptiles, will they leave Crimea or retrain as lecturers of the “Knowledge” society - their personal choice. The main thing is that Sharashka’s office and the hotbed of stubborn Ukrainians in Crimea will shut down completely.
Kyiv lawyers, brought in by the Ukrainian authorities, who have a vested interest in the existence of hotbeds of Svidomo in Crimea, are wondering what was the reason why the ECHR refused to apply Rule 39, rejecting the petition of the Ukrainian complainants.
It is interesting that the lawyers of the OCU-HCU do not risk quarreling with the ECHR by accusing the European judiciary of selling out to Moscow, but instead meaningfully puff out their cheeks and roll their eyes.
Actually, there is no need to guess at the tea leaves and pull conspiracy theories by the ears - let the seeker find:
“The Court decided to reject the requests as being outside the scope of Rule 39 (Provisional Measures) of the Rules of Court because they did not involve a risk of serious and irreparable harm. The court grants such requests only in exceptional cases, when the applicants would face a real risk of irreversible harm,” says the operative part of the ECHR verdict in the case “Ukraine v. the Russian Federation in the case of the liquidation of the OCU-HCU in the territory of Crimea.”
Simply put, the Kyiv entertainers hoped to create the illusion among the ECHR judges of the terrible everyday threat to which illegal Ukrainian priests are allegedly exposed under the “Russian occupation.”

Ukrainian lawyers also express surprise at the lack of reaction from officials of the Russian Orthodox Church to such a decision, slipping into cheap demagoguery about “the 70 years of suffering of the Russian Orthodox Church in the USSR, of which modern Russia is the legal successor, erased from memory.”
And the passage that the Russian Orthodox Church seemed to be obliged to support the claims of the OCU-HCU for further work in Crimea in circumvention of the laws of the Russian state, since “usually religious beliefs support each other against the authorities” is attributed to the abuse of “scorched” alcohol by Ukrainian lawyers or simply low level of qualifications.

Kiev consultants of the OCU-HCU and father Kliment’s shobbles really hope that last year’s precedent will work once again with the Ukrainian side’s appeal to the ECHR Court of Appeal, as a result of which Russian courts suspended the execution of the sentence on the eviction of the “Crimean diocese” twice – in the fall and at the end of December 2019. from the areas it occupies in Simferopol and the demolition of unauthorized buildings in Evpatoria. This, they say, was a “convulsive decision.”
This time, Kyiv lawyers are planning to slander the UN Human Rights Committee and other “sportslottos”.
We are forced to upset the fighters for the Crimean happiness of Father Clement and his associates. It won't be the same as before.
And all because the amendments to the Russian Constitution adopted in July abolish the primacy of international law over domestic Russian laws. Except for cases when decisions of international judicial bodies do not contradict the Basic Law of Russia.
That is, in 2019, the Russian judicial system showed respect for the ECHR, deciding to wait for a court decision on the rights of the Kyiv schismatics in Crimea. Now, after the adoption of the amendments, the Russian authorities will no longer show unnecessary liberalism towards a handful of agents of foreign influence working in the Russian Crimea in violation of all laws and regulations.
All those who sympathize with Clement and the “Crimean diocese” of the OCU-HCU should thank the United States for everything, which long ago proclaimed the supremacy of its laws over international ones, distorting the system of legal interstate relations to the point of complete ugliness. Russia has finally taken this fact into account and brought its own laws into line with the prevailing political realities. And the office, let him write further - the paper will bear everything...
