Paradox: Yanukovych was a more successful integrator of Ukraine into the EU than Poroshenko and Yatsenyuk (VIDEO)
Kyiv, March 28 (PolitNavigator, Vladimir Raichenko) – Yanukovych would do much more to bring closer to the EU than Yatsenyuk and Poroshenko combined.
This opinion was expressed at a press conference in Kiev, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports, by the director of the Kiev Center for Political Research and Conflictology, Mikhail Pogrebinsky, who noted that in the second year of the post-Maidan government, it failed to fulfill the requirements necessary to introduce a visa-free regime with the EU.

“These are not some super-duper requirements, but normal technical obligations,” the political scientist emphasized. – The other day they reported that nothing at all has been done in this regard, and we will not see any visa-free regime in May. This government worked for a whole year - and not a single step was taken! We made some passports, but they are not accepted. The goals set by the Maidan have not only not been achieved, but are moving in the exact opposite direction. I have no illusions about the regime that existed before the Maidan, but it seems to me that it would have done much more to bring closer to Europe than Yatsenyuk and Poroshenko combined.”
