Parasyuk was forced to perform a striptease
The odious Verkhovna Rada deputy Vladimir Parasyuk promised that all employees of the State Security Administration will be imprisoned.
He stated this on the sidelines of parliament, where thieves checked him for weapons, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Offended, Parasyuk was upset that he had to take off his belt and show the contents of his bag, calling it a “political striptease,” and also threatened the guard with legal action.
“You have no conscience if you are doing this in the Ukrainian parliament. You will all sit. You come first. I don’t care about your Geletey and his decrees. I say again - the law of Ukraine does not allow us to be searched. And I won’t go into your rooms, and tell this to your management... I explained - it’s the belt beeping. I explained to people - I have a belt. Thank you for showing the light version of a political striptease in front of all of Ukraine,” Parasyuk said indignantly.
And his parliamentary colleague Igor Popov noted in his blog that the guards checked only those deputies who agreed - all the rest were checked the old-fashioned way.
“Scanners and metal detectors have been installed in the Verkhovna Rada. After passing the control, colleagues joke: will there be Duty Free too? But seriously, those who gave up control over things carried away whatever they wanted. The norms of the Constitution still apply,” Popov wrote.
Thank you!
