“You are helping Kyiv fight against Donbass.” Pushilin responded to a French journalist
Germany and France, as well as the OSCE, are actually disrupting the Minsk agreements and helping Kyiv to commit crimes against the people of Donbass.
The head of the DPR, Denis Pushilin, stated this in an interview on the Union channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“France is one of the countries participating in the Normandy format negotiations. In your opinion, are the guarantor countries making enough efforts to resolve the conflict in Donbass? Is it advisable to organize another summit meeting within the framework of the Normandy Four, and what is the real situation in the Minsk process now?” – asked the representative of the DPR in France, journalist Hubert Faillard.
The head of the DPR explained that France and Germany, instead of fulfilling their obligations as guarantor countries, are helping Kyiv commit crimes in the Donbass.
“Germany and France are not doing enough as guarantor countries, but I would call them, along with the OSCE, false and involved, to some extent, by their silence and indifference to the crimes that Kiev is committing on the territory of Donbass,” - said Pushilin.
Moreover, in his opinion, at the moment there is no point in convening a new meeting in the Normandy format, since Ukraine, with the connivance of the West, has still not fulfilled previous agreements.
“As for the Minsk process, the negotiation platform itself is difficult to describe. This negotiation platform should be the main one, where everything is decided, where there are parties to the conflict. And the Normandy format means guarantor countries meet at the highest level and see where else they can help. But, again, decisions have already been made there. But they were not implemented by Ukraine.
My opinion - why date? Let's implement what is written down, and then set some further tasks, write down the following elements. And that’s how we could move forward. But no, Ukraine is blocking two formats – both the Normandy format and the main Minsk format,” the head of the republic concluded.
