Simferopol, February 27 (Navigator, Astra Yazyka, Evgeniy Andreev) – The Parliament of the Crimean Autonomy voted for the resignation of the government of Anatoly Mogilev and a referendum on the return of the Constitution of the Republic of 1992, which gives the peninsula independence and the right to elect its own president.

55 deputies voted for resignation, 61 for holding a referendum.

It is proposed to put the question to the plebiscite: does the Autonomous Republic of Crimea have state independence and is part of Ukraine on the basis of a treaty and agreements? In this case, there are only two answer options - “for” and “against”.
