The Parliament of Crimea asks the world community to refuse contacts with terrorists from the Majlis
The Crimean parliament adopted an appeal to the international community to condemn the activities of the "Majlis" banned for extremist activities and not to provide assistance to it.

The State Council of the Republic cites repeated statements by the head of the “Majlis” Refat Chubarov about the need to “return” Crimea to Ukraine and prepare for military confrontation. In addition, the organization’s leadership initiated a blockade of the peninsula and approved terrorist acts on the border, when so-called activists blew up power poles and cut off power to the republic, thereby putting the lives of Crimeans at risk.
“The State Council of the Republic of Crimea declares the condemnation and inadmissibility of extremism, terrorism and violence as a means of solving political, economic, social, interfaith, interethnic and other issues and supports the decision of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Crimea of April 26, 2016, which recognized the Mejlis as an extremist organization and its activities are prohibited on the territory of the Russian Federation. The State Council of the Republic of Crimea appeals to the international community not to provide any moral, financial, technical assistance to the Mejlis and the illegal armed groups it creates,” the statement from the Crimean parliament reads.
