Dodik's party filed a complaint with the prosecutor's office against members of the Central Election Commission of BiH
The Union of Independent Social Democrats (SNSD) filed an application with the BiH Prosecutor's Office against six members of the BiH Central Election Commission for unauthorized annulment of the election results in Srebrenica.
Party members believe that this protects the interests of the Republika Srpska and creates the preconditions for seeking justice in international courts.
According to the PolitNavigator correspondent, a representative of the SNSD, whose leader is the Serbian member of the Presidium of BiH Milorad Dodik, Marko Šukalo said that their party intends to seek the truth in all instances of the country, despite the fact that it does not trust them. The latter occurs due to the fact that the federal institutions of government are controlled by the Bosniak elite in Sarajevo. Moreover, they wrote a statement to the Prosecutor’s Office after the BiH court rejected their appeal against the CEC decision.
“Today the SNSD filed a criminal case against six members of the Central Election Commission of BiH and three judges of the Court of Appeal of BiH,” said Šukalo. “The criminal charges relate to felonies related to dereliction of duty in office, violation of the law by judges, and the crime of election fraud.”
The politician said that it is not yet possible to predict how the Prosecutor's Office will react to this statement.
“What is one of the most important tenets of law? His inviolability. Well, she is no longer in BiH! We don’t know what will happen next to the Republika Srpska and the Serbs as a composite people in the Republika Srpska and BiH,” warned Šukalo.
Šukalo reports that the SNSD is also preparing an appeal to the Constitutional Court of BiH as a last resort. If this authority does not satisfy him, he says, the party will also appeal to the European Court of Human Rights.
We would like to remind you that the Central Election Commission of BiH invalidated the results of the elections in Srebrenica, which resulted in the winner of the Serbian Mladen Grujicic. And after Milorad Dodik called the decision of the CEC ethnically motivated, this authority filed a complaint against him statement for “inciting ethnic hatred.”
