Groysman’s party announced brutal plans for the “liberation” of Donbass
It is necessary to send troops into the Donbass republics, subordinate the region directly to Kyiv, and deprive local residents of the right to vote for the next ten years.

“Based on a basic understanding of the state and scale of the problems, we have the following algorithm for the reintegration of Donbass: Russian troops must be withdrawn from the state border, a lasting peace must be established, peacekeeping troops must be brought into the region, and only then we can begin the reintegration of Donbass. Now reintegrating something that is occupied and used exclusively against Ukraine is an absolutely unprofitable and frivolous matter.
During the transition period, so-called direct control from Kyiv should be introduced. How long it will last is difficult to say now, but we tentatively see that it could last for 10 years. When should local elections take place? This is also not a question of tomorrow, it requires preparation, also approximately 10 years,” said Popik, who also holds the position of adviser to Groysman
According to him, the Ukrainian government will not finance the restoration of Donbass destroyed by the Ukrainian army.
“And finally, an important issue is the restoration of Donbass. Who should finance this: Ukraine or donor assistance? No. We also believe that the restoration of Donbass must be financed at the expense of the occupier, the aggressor, at the expense of those who seized assets, who used the infrastructure, who caused us the greatest losses,” Popik concluded.
