“Citizens report that Solidarity representatives are offering money for a vote in favor of mayoral candidate Vladislav Atroshenko,” the resource notes. – A week earlier, Atroshenko’s representatives offered Chernihiv residents 800 UAH each, and in return they asked them to sign a statement indicating the name, registration address and telephone number of the signatory. This fact was recorded by Chernigov law enforcement officers, and an investigation is underway.
