The head of the “Voice” faction in the Verkhovna Rada, Sergei Rakhmanin, stated this on Radio NV, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

Earlier, Ukrainian political scientist Ruslan Bortnik predicted that the conflict will be frozen and will take an average form between the Cypriot and Moldovan.
