“Today we live in a situation in which 70% of a family’s budget must be spent on paying off utilities. For example, in Dnepropetrovsk, for heating an ordinary apartment with an area of 50 m2, you will need to pay 1300 UAH per month, and this is equivalent to the minimum wage. And this does not take into account payments for gas, water, electricity,” noted Batkivshchyna activist Antonina Kolpovskaya.
At the same time, Tymoshenko’s supporters diligently avoid answering the question about the role of their former prime minister in the rise in prices and tariffs.
